We strive for people to be happy at work.
We believe people are happier when their work is connected
to their organization's vision in an authentic way.
Rythm is software as a service (SaaS) that
helps purpose driven organizations attain their vision by
defining success and tracking progress.
Who is Rythm for?
How does Rythm help achieve your vision?
In four parts:
It is much harder to get where you want to go if you don't define where you are going. Next time you ask for directions from someone on the street, don't tell them where you are headed, and see if they can help you. Too frequently, organizations do the same thing to their people.
Rythm publishes organization definitions for Vision, Goals, and Values. Vision and Goals tell everyone where they are going, and Values provide cultural guidelines as well as criteria for important decisions.
Vision and Goal statements don't achieve anything, only actions achieve Goals. In Rythm, all actions are broken into two kinds of Operations: Initiatives and Processes.
Initiatives are efforts that have a beginning and an end. You can define an Initiative with Projects if they are big enough. Processes are efforts that are ongoing, and are measured within the system with weekly or monthly Metrics. Targets are set on Metrics to define success. Visual charts for both Projects and Metrics are fed into a dashboard view for all to see.
This is where the majority of your interaction with Rythm will be. For each Initiative and Process, Rythm supports prioritization, date management, and status tracking.
Prioritization is done on a periodic basis including both Initiatives and Processes. Status is collected using Agile methods in the same time it takes to run execution status meetings under your current process.
It is easy to forget progress as time goes on, Rythm automatically collects all the Successes for the organization and saves them in a timeline format.
For reporting up to Board Directors or Investors, report templates are populated with the data you want to share for impressive looking progress communications.
